Add extension/Resources/Private/composer.json again. Makefile: add composer update again. Necessary to deliver phpoffice in extension/Resources/Private/vendor/phpoffice.

Remove vendor/autoload.php and vendor/composer/ from Makefile - the problem was a autoloader in report/Excel.php

F4922 / Excel Import: moved Lib again - to get the autoloader running, we need the composer inside our extension - else we would need the one delivered by typo3, which will result in more effort to integrate in QFQ.

Feature #4720 - Implemented select-list with dbIndexList as FE.parameter option. Works, but is unflexible. Looking for a better solution.
