Fixes #9074 - QFQ query with nested QFQ query failed if the outer QFQ query is a multi column query ( ='{{!' ). Fixed.

F7529 - Guarantee Sip Action plays only once. Update Doc, change from set to '' to removing SIP Key/Value completely.

Variable default: '0' is now treaten as a value. An empty string is still nothing >> no default given.

Rewrote some doc. Extend sql commands to be recognized in QFQ vars (have been already subscribed in that way in Manual.rst).

Fixes #6914. Final implemention of customized typeMessageViolation. Incl. unit tests. New escape mode 'C' - escapes ':' by '\'.' - useful for variables in variable definition.

Evaluate.php, QuickFormQuery.php: 1) split exception in user/support, 2) start to implement that '!' in '{{!...' is not necessary anymore. Implemented for 'fillStoreVar' in FE Action elements.

Evaluate.php: if AutoCron.php is called via commandline, Evaluate.php had problems to interpret tenary operators. Fixed.

Manual.rst: usage of drag and drop.

Report.php: 'line.count' general available per row. 'line.insertId'. RBGD moved inside of processing result. Replace variables in RBEG.
Variables.php: RegExp changed from 'all variables in double curly braces' to 'line.varname' - the other variables are replaced in eval.
Evaluate.php: Fixed problem that 'Dropdown Select' with '{{! SE...' not recognized.

DatabaseUpdateData.php: removed the DB update from last commit - not necessary.
Config.php: New default 'm'
Evaluate.php: Respect EscapeTypeDefault in form definition.
QuickFormQuery.php: Replace 'EscapeTypeDefault' in form defintion very early.
