Run sphinx before rolling ZIP files.

Fixed plantuml download URL.

Makefile: `make archive` now generates again an extention which can be installed in T3 6.2 and 7.6. The problem was that the zip filename has to be equal to the extension name.

Changed Makefile: please do

  rm -f .bowerpackages .doc_plantuml .npmpackages \
   .phpdocinstall .plantuml .support .support_plantuml
  rm -rf doc
  make bootstrap

Evaluate: parse() and evaluate() will return the last used Store
QuickFormQuery: getFormName() extended to interpret form = {{form}} correctly
