Fixes #9221: If FE_TYPEAHEAD_LDAP or FE_TYPEAHEAD_SQL is set, skip forcing maxlength to table column definition. Instead use custom supplied value.

Implemented new php unit tests for encryption feature. Customized old unit tests to get them ready and work for the new feature (testConfigIniDefaultValues, TestFormEditor.sql). And corrected some typo.

QFQ encrypt/decrypt WIP: created new class for encryption and decryption of strings. Implemented multiple functions to handle these data. Prepared formEditor.sql and formElement.json for new feature

B13842 Changed cookie params in session. Domain is not needed to give because we dont use subdomain. Better compatibility with qfqpdf.

B13842 Fix for broken SIP in wkhtml and qfqpdf. Now correct string will be set in cookie for wkhtml. For qfqpdf domain and its value with previous point is given to get the right cookie.

Fixed a lot of unit tests, which did not passed on webwork16/crose/qfq. In test hardcoded 'http://xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/qfq/' makes trouble. CR did not find the place (qfq.json baseUrl tried) to adjust for phpUnit Tests.

Fixes #11265. Checked for BS and plain, active & disabled, with or without glyph. Code refactored to use more of Link class.
