inline report save history bug fix for deleting cache without where statement. Fixed T3 version check, wrong Store used and wrong variable name given over sip url. Improved typo3 v10 compatibility with removed 'pid' from sys_history INSERT, which is not available in V10 and not needed in V9 either.
