F10782 Upload TinyMCE: Changed some strings with constants. Implemented function to use seperate for getting uniqueFilenames. Get default folder path from system store. Check file for image type and allow all extensions. Compare origin from server with qfq/user given origin from system store.

F10782 TinyMCE: Feature for own base path is implemented. Over forms parameter user can give with 'fileUploadPath=fileadmin/...' own path upload. Documentation for base path file is added.
