refs 17252 - Updated and improved showHistory feature. If no save has been made with the current form, history button is disabled. As soon as the save button is pressed, the history button is active. This implementation solves the problem that without a FormSubmitLog record from the current form, it is very difficult to determine the fields used on the form that would also appear in the FormSubmitLog and therefore in the history table. Maybe will tackle this problem in the future. The data from every history record is compared to the fields available on the current form and differentiates if there was a change or if the value has not changed at all. If the value has not changed then there will be an empty field in the history table. Otherwise, it will show the new value. Some tooltips have been added and '<i>' tags were replaced by '<span style="font-style: italic;">'. Values hidden in the log are marked as such.
