Makefile: add 'composer update' to target 'basic'

F4922 / Excel Import: moved Lib again - to get the autoloader running, we need the composer inside our extension - else we would need the one delivered by typo3, which will result in more effort to integrate in QFQ.

F4922 / Excel Import: remove PHPExcel, new PhpSpreadsheet. The lib is not part of QFQ Repo - to install locally, do: make Bootstrap

Feature #4720 - Implemented select-list with dbIndexList as FE.parameter option. Works, but is unflexible. Looking for a better solution.

Makefile: fixed unwanted removing of whole 'doc' by 'maintainer-clean' - doc nowadays contains QFQ related manually created documentation.

Makefile: change installation of phpDocumentor to --alldeps and remove 'phpdoc/'.
