Alert rework

Buttons are now grouped, removed rounded borders from alert, added some padding. No major change yet.

Seems to work with the full lock, the other one still only displays it on advisory. Still, better than before.

Added some padding to the alert window, removed the rounded edges, removed borders except the one at the bottom.

Changing buttons for the dirty Events depending on status, no an ignore option should be displayed for the user.

AutoCron.php: STORE_PARENT will be filled with - Webpage: either the current cron job, Mail: the current Mailrecord (sql1). Use them with {{....:PE:all}}

formEditor.sql: udpate some comments to form 'cron'.
