F16346, ClearMe Button on table-filter.

Zen Zalapski requested to merge F16346-ClearMe-Button-missing-from-table-sorter into develop

New: Clear button now gets added to sub-record form elements and the FormEditor when form-config.clearMe is enabled. Additionally, tables with the 'tablesorter-filter' class will display clearMe buttons on their input fields when the 'clear-filter' class is also present.
