save: Fixed not to save SIP values without corresponding FormElement or values from FormElements which are hidden or readonly.
Save.php: removed code to get FormElement - no benefit of this information.

FillStoreForm.php: fixed typo.
AbstractBuildForm.php: fixed broken if statement.
TestFormEditor.sql: extend formElement.modeSql.

Fixed a bug that Input fields are not rendered correctly the columntype are 'set' or 'enum'.
Support.php: doAttribute() - attributes with type 'size' or 'maxlenght' and no value or value=0 are skipped and not created.
AbstractBuild.php: a maxLenght formelement parameter needs to be numeric and (new) >0 to have an impact. Added calculation of maxlength for columntypes 'set' and 'enum': maxLengthSetEnum().

formEditor.sql: dyamic updating of 'subrecordOption' removed - previous settings will be loosed which is quite boring.

DynamicUpdate for checkBoxMulti: not possible at the moment - a persistant store per browser tab is necessary. Some work already done.
FillStoreForm.php: clientValues will be copied to STORE_FORM if mode=show|requiered or flag 'dynamicUpdate' is set. Fixed bug with additional ',' in collectMultiValues().

FillStoreForm.php: Recode. Class Evaluate will be instantiated only once. collectMultiValues() recoded not to use arrays anymore, instead a string with the final values, seperated by comma, is returned.

CheckBox Multi: checkboxes are now builded with uniq html names. This is necessary for the client, to assign values correctly to multiple checkboxes during form update by JSON data.
HelperFormElement.php: new prependFormElementIdCheckBoxMulti()
FillStoreForm.php: new collectCheckboxMultiValue(), process() recoded to collect checkBoxMulti values to one element.

Fixed rendering checkboxes: alignment of multicheckboxes was still buggy - multi in vertical and horizontal are ok now. The labels too.
AbstractBuildForm.php, Constants.php: The checkbox is now only wrapped in a <label> element in ALIGN_VERTICAL Mode. This is identical to the radio.

Recode: fromelement.mode='readonly' new implemented on client, by using CSS attribute 'disabled'. The HTML atrribute 'readonly' is fine for pure 'input' elements, but does not work sufficient for 'select', 'checkbox', 'radio'. Also, the label (left of input) and note (right of input) are now grayed out if set to 'disable'.

Report.php, Database.php: triggerReport() supports stat[] with num_rows, affected_rows and insert_id. rowTotal does not contain anymore inserId (last_insert_id) from fired INSERT queries. Instead num_rows or affected_rows are choosen. New: <level>.line.inserId contains the insertId.

Parsing of the bodytext failed for single curly braces inside.
BodyTestParser.php: After cleaning the bodytext all nesting curly braces will be replaced by complex token. stripAndRemoveComment() renamed to trimAndRemoveCommentAndEmptyLine(). process() throws an exception in case of unmatched open curly braces. New encryptNestingDelimeter() / decryptNestingDelimeter(). Remove handling for escaped curly braces in unNest() - this should not be necessary anymore.

Sanitize.php: new sanitize class ALLBUT. New function safeFilename().
Support.php: New function mkDirParent().
