Bug: drag and drop failed due to fillStoreForm requests {{form:S}} which was not necessary for drag and drop.

Parameter 'form' in der SIP hinzugefuegt - 1) keine Ahnung warum das frueher funktioniert hat, 2) FE_DND_TABLE sollte dann nicht mehr noetig sein - Code muss aufgeraeumt werden.

Bug 6281: Record-Store wird zwischengespeichert und nach Ausführen des form-Reports wiederhergestellt. fillFormStoreRecord kann deshalb immer auf true gesetzt sein -> Variabel gelöscht. Bug ist damit behoben.
