This version contains a basic documentation! Explained topics:
* basic usage
* how to configure the extension and associated frontend content elements
brief information on matching accounts and how to implement/use custom resource processors

New features:
* Support for multiple domains: the settings Callback URL is now a space-separated list, allowing to specify such a URL for any domain from which the website can be reached.
* Authentication features configurable by resource processors: local accounts can be now created for certain users only.
* When selecting providers for frontend content element, those that are disabled has "disabled" next to their names

Fixed bugs:
* oidc buttons are now visible in fe_login forms added via Insert Record

Hall of Shame:
* authentication errors are not displayed in the backend login form (still!)
